Ongwediva Rural Development centre is managed by The Oshana Regional Council. The staff at the Centre conduct the normal day-to-day activities of the Centre under the supervision of a centre Manager.

To make Ongwediva Rural Development Center a “hub” of appropriate technological innovations, derive economic values from natural resources and a core provider of affordable hospitality services The centre shall work towards own sustainable income development .

Objectives:
The objectives of Ongwediva - RDC is to offer the following services: develop appropriate technological equipments with special focus on agricultural engineering manufacture water supply products for improved rural water extension and sanitation services in rural area provide hospitality services through catering, accommodation and conferences facilities to rural and urban communities invest in research and development on locally natural endowments for development of tested economically viable new products
